how to switch from 2g/edge to 3g network

Hello readers today am going to show you how to switch your android phone network from 2g to 3g.
First of all you have to make sure that your phone is really using an android  OS. you can check it in phone settings.

Now that you have confirm that it is really android OS that you are using on your phone, then lets start:

•  Go to the phone call dial menu and type in the following codes *#*#4636#*#*

• . After dialing these codes on the dial call menu , a list of four items will appear on the screen.

•  Look for a list called phone information and select it.

•  After selecting the phone information list on the list, it will display everything about your phone for you.

•  scroll down you will see a drop box with a label "set preferred network, click on it and look for an option called WCDMA and click on it.

 That's all you have now successfully switch from 2g to 3g network.
