Step1: Turn off the phone, remove the battery and insert it back.

Step2: Hold down the volume up or down key +On button for a minute. it bring out the recovery mode screen.

Step3: Use the volume up or down key to navigate through the list of items in the recovery mode screen. Locate wipe factory restore or hard restore depending on your device type or model.

Step4: Once you have navigated to the factory restore, use the 'On' button or the volume up button to select depending on the device type.

Step5: Once you have selected it wait till the restore process is finished or done. When is done restart the phone and that’s all you should now get your phone back to its normal state.
